Randy Kincaid is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Wofford College where he earned a B.S. in economics. He earned an M.A. and Ph.D. in economics at Duke University, where he was a Woodrow Wilson Fellow and an Earnhart Fellow. He has also served as a faculty member at Davidson College. Dr. Kincaid is active in economic consulting, and he is co-owner of Farm House Gardeners, Inc. of Statesville, N.C. and mayor of Davidson, N.C.
