Kevin A. Henry, Sr. Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer joined Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated in February 2001.  He has previously held human resources positions with a variety of Fortune 100 companies, including Amoco Oil Company, The Pepsi-Cola Company, The Clorox Company and Office Depot Inc.

 Before joining Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Kevin served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for NCI Resource Management (former subsidiary of financial services conglomerate First Data Corporation) based in Atlanta, Georgia.

 Kevin is a graduate of Cornell University’s School Of Industrial and Labor Relations. Kevin currently serves on the Boards of Queens University McColl School of Business and Charlotte Latin Day School.  Kevin is past Chairman of both the Board of Directors of the Urban League of Central Carolinas and the Charlotte Chamber’s Black Professional Network.
