The McColl School of Business Coaching
Certificate Program is a non-degree graduate program designed for
post-baccalaureate working professionals seeking to develop knowledge,
skills, and abilities in coaching.
Individuals may complete the Coaching Certificate
Program as a non-degree student or they may apply and they may complete
their Coaching Certificate studies as part of their degree program in the
the Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) program, the
Professional MBA (PMBA) program, or the Master of Arts in Organizational
Communication (MAOC) rogram.
Degree-seeking students complete the
specific course of study for the coaching certificate as part of their
masters curriculum and receive a diploma and a certificate at graduation.
The program was built upon the International Coach
Federation (ICF) competency model and the Graduate School Alliance for
Executive Coaching (GSAEC) standards.

Intimate Learning Environment
Class size typically ranges from 12 to 25 students per class. Classes
are highly interactive with appropriate combinations of presentations,
discussions, case studies, and group/individual projects. Prospective
students are encouraged to experience this environment first-hand by
