Leadership Development
The PMBA program has a strong commitment and unique approach to leadership
development. This approach includes access to national and community
leaders through the Leaders In Action Lecture Series and our Executives In
Residence program. Students also explore their leadership philosophy

Most faculty have significant business experience
with having served in top management positions in the corporate world.
The faculty is encouraged to be involved in relevant consulting to stay
current with business issues. An important consideration for our
students is that our faculty is readily available and accessible outside the

Intimate Learning Environment
Class size typically ranges from 12 to 25 students per class. Classes
are highly interactive with appropriate combinations of presentations,
discussions, case studies, and group/individual projects. Prospective
